Felix Resources Limited is an Australian resources company investing in, developing and operating resource-related projects with a primary focus on coal.

The Company has grown strongly since 2003 through expansion, new developments and acquisitions. With its three operating mines producing approximately 3.6 million tonnes of coal for FY2006 and its two main development projects, Felix plans to control 15 million tonnes per year of coal production by 2010. Key assets are the Yarrabee and the Minerva open cut-coal mines in Queensland; the Ashton open-cut coal mine plus the Ashton underground and the Moolarben coal development projects in New South Wales; and Ultra Clean Coal technology.

Ashton utilise Onsite Track Easy in their operations to manage personnel training and site access (with competency validation) for both employees, contract company employees and visitors.

In addition to this Pegasus Safety also provides customised  induction programs which are linked to Ashton's Onsite Competency Records database.

Through this Ashton are able to:-

• Maintain Site Safety Management systems.
• Provide Generic Accredited Mining Induction as pre-requisite for Site Inductions.
• Provide appropriate site induction programs.
• Monitor operations at the Open Cut & CHPP.
• Provide accreditation for Insurances and Safety Management plan compliance.
