Onsite Track Easy client solutions are available through the parent entity Pegasus via Pegasus Safety. Pegasus Safety specifies, builds, implements and manages each Onsite solution on a 24/7 basis.

Onsite is 100% Australian designed and built by our dedicated team of in-house application and hardware specialists. Onsite is a recognised industry leader in its field, having recently secured both state and national awards via the Australian Telecommunications Users Group (ATUG). Onsite has extensive experience in its fields of operation and importantly has the right mix of operational, management and custom software engineering capability in house, to provide you with ongoing support and functional enhancements.

Support

Onsite maintains a dedicated operational and engineering support capability for this product on a 24/7 basis and Onsite systems pro-actively monitor log point hardware and printer performance in the field.

Future Enhancements

Our application engineers continue to build new operational capabilities into Onsite based on client feedback. Many of these capabilities (as applicable) will automatically become available to you under the terms of our agreement.
