Control Costs and Productivity

Onsite Manager provides the management team with site operational readiness reports to analyse past and current human resource demands within a business and to identify where time is being spent (a cost to the business) on particular projects and activities. This helps with forward planning, verification of contractors hours/payments and enables a business to evaluate productivity across different parts of an organisation.

Example reports include:-

  • Time and attendance hours reports
  • Activity reports
  • Competency reports - expiring and non-expiring
  • Training reports
  • Contractor reports
  • Audits and log reports

Onsite Manager functions are managed using Onsite’s Real-Time Management Systems (RTMS).
