Improve Safety Performance

With Onsite Track Easy

Do you know who is onsite in the event of an emergency?

In the case of an emergency Onsite provides a complete and up to the second emergency evacuation report of all employees, contractors and visitors on site and by location.

As this data is hosted on a secure off-site centralised server, evacuation reports can be run or emailed anywhere in the world using a web browser or via a NextG Mobile phone.

This ensures data is not lost in the event of a fire, black out or explosion where internal infrastructure is damaged and aids with a faster response in an emergency.

Are the personnel on your site qualified to perform the task they are working on?

Onsite provides the proactive means to help ensure work is only performed by trained, qualified and authorised personnel. This is managed by integrating training systems, competency records with site access control. In real-time the system can validate against a site specific list of required competencies during the logon process.

An identification sticker can be printed upon successful logon and worn on the shirt to prove the following functions:

  • Identify the individual and company the work for
  • Display where and when they logged on
  • Is proof of them meeting you site induction and safety requirements.
  • Displays a list of current competencies on the sticker

Stikers allow for supervisors and managers in the field to inspect and audit the work which the person is doing against their competence level.

Are you able to effectively manage fitness for work and fatigue?

Onsite helps business manage and implement their safety managemen plans by assisting sites to identify workers are in a state that potentially may cause harm to themselves or others.

This is effectively managed by a number of tools including:

  • Personal "fit for work" declaration during a logon
  • Real-time blood alcohol test during a logon and automated failure alerts.
  • Verifying that sufficient break has been taken prior to starting work (within your site or external sites using onsite track easy)
  • Random Drug & Alcohol Selection of individuals onsite
  • Automated Fatigue Alerts should someone exceed your daily work hour limit.

Do you have real-time, accurate risk reporting to make the right business decisions?

A safety incident could result in costly production shutdown, litigation against you and your business as well as severe injury or death to one or more of your site personnel. Onsite facilitates the protection and real time validation of your business operation and your workers to help protect your site from potential accidents.
